Investment in the Promprylad Renovation Project in Ivano-Frankivsk
This project offers an opportunity to invest in the renovation of the former Promprylad industrial plant in Ivano-Frankivsk. Investors can acquire shares in an investment fund that co-owns the property together with a charitable organization.
The expected annual return for investors is 8–9% in Ukrainian Hryvnia, with adjustments based on USD exchange rate fluctuations. Dividend payments are planned to begin in 2024.
