Investment Project for Industrial Extraction of Labradorite in Zhytomyr Region (Ukraine)
Project Overview:
We are launching an investment project for the industrial extraction of natural labradorite stone in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. The goal is to organize large-scale quarrying and sale of raw labradorite blocks, as well as processed products.

About the Project:
The company specializes in industrial extraction of natural labradorite and the sale of quarried blocks. All necessary permits and licenses for subsoil use have been obtained.
In 2021, “Limited Group LLC” received a special permit to extract labradorite from the Slipchytske-1 deposit located in Cherniakhiv district, with the aim of producing facing blocks. Waste material is also suitable for crushed stone and rubble production.
Deposit Details:
• Location: 0.3 km south of the southeastern edge of Slipchytsi village.
• Extraction capacity: 25,210 m³ per year
• Total reserves: 1,033,140 m³ (estimated mining lifespan: 42 years)
• Land area: 6 hectares
Product Description – Volga Blue PC:
Volga Blue PC is a high-end Ukrainian labradorite known for its deep black color and brilliant blue iridescence. It’s durable, visually striking, and ideal for both structural and decorative applications.
Material Advantages:
• Durability – Mohs hardness of 6.5, maintains appearance for decades.
• Wear Resistance – Low abrasion index of 0.5 g/cm².
• Water Resistance – Water absorption rate of only 0.21%.
• Heat Resistance – Melting point of 1250–1320°C.

• Structural Strength – High density (2.7–2.86 g/cm³).
