“Moya Tochka B” is a unique café in Kyiv, located at Saksahanskoho Street 70/16, which combines modern style with the spirit of Donbas. Founded with the idea of reflecting the strength, culture, and warmth of Bakhmut, it aims to become a symbol of home and hope for displaced people, as well as an opportunity for others to discover the region through food and atmosphere. The project stands out not only for its coffee but also for its deep emotional and cultural significance.
The café’s uniqueness lies in its concept that intertwines modernity with the traditions of Donbas. The interior, décor, and menu with historical stories create a distinctive emotional connection with visitors. Each dish or drink on the menu has historical roots, and through QR codes, guests can learn about the traditions of the Donbas, making the visit a special experience. Signature desserts, such as salty cheesecakes, and seasonal drinks with local ingredients emphasize the café’s uniqueness and set it apart from competitors.

How the investment funds will be used:
• Equipment purchase: 197,699 UAH (refrigeration equipment, combi oven, pastry display, extractor system, mixer, etc.)
• Furniture: 22,639 UAH (tables, chairs, bar furniture, shelves, hangers)
• Décor and textiles: 16,648 UAH (paintings, curtains, cushions, printed Donbas legends)
• Dishes and consumables: 67,440 UAH (cups, plates, packaging, napkins, etc.)
• Raw materials for startup: 49,600 UAH (ingredients for the menu)
• Advertising and marketing: 30,000 UAH (targeted ads, collaboration with bloggers, opening promotions)
• Other expenses: 29,400 UAH (connection of security and fire systems, coffee machine rental, additional décor, master services)
How the returns will be paid to investors:
• Earnings: 15% (total return: 475,440 UAH). Monthly payment will be 19,810 UAH. Early repayment is also possible.
How the invested funds will be repaid:
The investment of 413,426 UAH will be repaid over 24 months.
What agreement will regulate relations with the investor:
The form of the agreement will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
