Investor Terms
•Amount: from 300,000 UAH (linked to the exchange rate)

•Agreement format: Investment loan contract with a legal entity (asset holder)
Investment Process
•A FlatFinance representative contacts the investor and provides a consultation.
•The investment contract is signed and funds are transferred. The contract can be signed in person at the Kyiv office or remotely via digital signature (EDS).
•Income is paid quarterly. The company acts as a tax agent — the investor does not need to file tax returns.
•At the end of the investment term, the company returns the invested funds to the investor’s account.
