Inzhur Zhytnyi is an investment fund aiming to acquire and revitalize the Zhytnyi Market in Kyiv — a historic gem in the heart of Podil. The project envisions transforming the market into a world-class destination and generating profit from its operations. The concept is inspired by the legendary TimeOut Market in Lisbon.
Guaranteed Income:
The projected average return over 10 years is 10% annually in USD. Until the project is completed, funds will be placed in government bonds (OVDP), supporting the Ukrainian military and providing stable dividends to investors.
Legal Support:
All agreements with investors will be regulated by official contracts and legal documentation. Inzhur has experience in similar projects, including Inzhur Ocean.
Ownership Restoration:
The project includes the complete buyout of the Zhytnyi Market from the state (total area: 15,604.9 sq.m), after which every investor becomes a co-owner.

How Investor Funds Will Be Used:

How Returns Will Be Paid:
Interest will be paid monthly, even before the auction is completed. A commission of up to 3% applies when selling certificates after privatization.
How Investment Principal Will Be Returned:
The investment principal may be returned by selling investment certificates before or after privatization. No commission applies before privatization, and up to 3% commission after.
Investor Agreement:
All investor relationships will be governed by standard investment agreements and legal documents ensuring transparency and protection of investor rights.
