The Inzhur Energy Fund invests in the construction of a gas-piston maneuvering power plant with a capacity of 18 MW, which will provide decentralized electricity generation. The goal of the project is to support the stability of the electricity supply in Ukraine.
Income Guarantee
The forecasted average annual return on investment is 15% in US dollars, which provides approximately 75% capital growth over 5 years using simple interest.
Legal Support
The fund operates in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation, and the relationship with investors will be regulated by an agreement for the acquisition of investment certificates, which reflect the investor’s share in the fund.
Asset Revaluation
The Inzhur Energy Fund will carry out an annual revaluation of investment certificates starting from 2026, allowing investors to track the growth of asset value.
Key Locations
The gas-piston power plant will be located in Ukraine, with the specific site yet to be determined, considering strategic needs for ensuring the reliability of the power grid.
Interest Rate
The fund promises 15% annual returns in US dollars. The internal rate of return (IRR) is 25%.
Minimum Investment Term
The minimum term of the fund’s operation is 5 years (until June 28, 2029).
Minimum Entry Threshold
One investment corresponds to one fund certificate, with the net asset value as of November 14, 2024, being 6,034.19 UAH.
Business Activity Description
Inzhur Energy LLC specializes in creating maneuvering power plants to ensure the stability of energy supply. The company won the tender of NEC Ukrenergo to provide balancing services, requiring the construction of the power plant by September 2025.
Use of Investors’ Funds
The funds will be used to finance the construction of the first phase of the power plant and to make an advance payment for equipment for the second phase (additional 18 MW).
Investor Interest Payment
The fund does not provide regular dividends; instead, income is generated through capitalization — the annual growth in the value of certificates.
Return of Investment Principal
Investors can expect an increase in the value of their investments due to the fund’s capitalization growth over 5 years. At the end of the fund’s term, investors will be able to redeem their investments along with capital growth.
Legal Agreement
The relationship with investors will be governed by a contract for the acquisition of investment certificates, which confirm the investor’s share in the fund.
