Fit&Fast business model

Our business model is based on the production and sale of ready-to-eat healthy meals developed in collaboration with a nutritionist. We work on a subscription/pre-order model: customers buy packages for 7, 21 or 28 days.

🔁 How we make money:

The main income is from the sale of standard diet packages (1300, 1600, 2000 kcal), the average price is 661 UAH/day.

Additional services include consultations with a nutritionist, individual menus, and support.

Future plans include scaling through franchising, selling PDF menus via chatbot, and partner collaborations.

Own production (kitchen up to 50 meals/day)

Pickup and delivery in the city

Team members: administrators, chefs, assistants

Main channels of engagement: social networks, ambassadors, bloggers, online marketing
